It's literally impossible to take off just the one front hose - the rear end of it has no access. You have to take off two hoses together. The front of the front hose is accessible and the rear of the rear hose is accessible at the gearbox. Then attach your new front hose to the old rear hose and reinstall them together. The front of the front hose is easy. The rear of the rear hose at the gearbox is not easy, but doable. You may have to remove the section of exhaust pipe in the gearbox area, which is not a real big deal - just two bolts at the bottom joint and two bolts at the top joint. It's nice to have some long wobble extensions for the two bolts at the top joint.
