I've been wondering the same thing, so I took a look at the EPC. I don't see one.

A creative person would probably be able to come up with one though. I could envision such a thing, using the ashtray mount screws to affix it. Of course, there would still need to be an accessory plug in there somehow so phone chargers, GPS power sources and the like could be powered.
