I run WVO in my modified Frybrid rig down to -10F driving up and back skiing in Maine. I can maintain 175-180F fuel injection temperatures easily. No electric heat - all coolant fed.
When it gets really cold, I add 1.5 gallons of pump diesel to my 18 gallon WVO tank just as insurance.
I block my radiator with a piece of poster paper. I use the stock thermostat, and I keep the cabin fairly cold.
