Not sure how comprehensive the look was by your mechanic. I would think it's getting to be time for front end work, 100,000 seems to be magic number. Ball joints, struts, tie rod assemblies, etc.

However, I would not fix what's not broke.

As you mentioned all filters, plugs, wires, rotor, cap, hoses, belt. Typical high ware items.
