Search for evaporator replacement. Same steps.
Swine of a job. BTDT on my 560SEL.
By the time you get to the core, all that remains below the windshield is the firewall, and some wiring.....
And if you do do the heater core, invest in a new evap and vacuum actuators... Took me 3 weekends with some heavy duty time put in. Lost track of the amount of alcohol involved...
