You did not give any info on what model car you have. The cd manual I have has a removal and installation of cylinder head section. Example, Start with picking the model and year of the car, click on it, Click on the engine manual, Look at main function group 01 crankcase and cylinder head, click on it, Look at the sub-function group, Click the arrow at the bottom of the grouping until you see Removing, installing cylinder head, Click on it, it will open and show you what your looking for.
