get the fuel wasted by the Government into the supply chain, and it might bring down the fuel cost for the rest of us.

Id hate to be him trying to run around jamming rags in the holes of a national fiscal policy that is bankrupt in all but name, and trying to fix it without pissing off everyone in the country. Money has to come from somewhere to pay our interest on the debt, might as well be you retired guys.
