I bet it's going to take a lot of change to fix that one up.

On the seats...My famous fix is to use that durable green foam about 2.5 inches thick. Place it stategically in between the seat springs that are shot. Move it around or fill the whole seat box with it if necessary. Works for me. Saved me a few hundred dollars easy.
Second, if the leather is in bearable shape, buy the dye (not paint) spray cans from world upohlstr. They are on the web. Tell them you want the exact match for your mb color. I used the cans and it looks professionally sprayed..well, actually the seats look just plain great, you wouldn't know they were re-dyed. The dye never wears off or fades as far as I can tell. If you have a bad rip in one seat like I did, get a good used seat from potomac german auto (ask for pat). Apply the above if needed.
