btw, a new wireset/sparkplug/seafoam seems to have fixed my start up issue (then again weather has improved a bit too). I will also replace the dist cap/rotor.

@greenacres2 - I don't know but since seafoam is about $10, personally I would not use the 2003-2004 bottle, I would just get a new can of seafoam or get the 44k from the dealer (44k was $24 for one can).
