OK i'll come clean...when I got my 300TD I could tell it needed a flexdisk, popped under the car confirmed the propshaft knocking (centre was ok ) so went off to order a disk for it.....got a rear one ...without checking which...(autopilot - just done the rear one my230
)
Finally got round to setting up to do the disk and obviously it was the front disk that was knackered
The current rear looks perfect ...so I'm tempted to just throw the new rear disk on the front just to get it done...hence asking if anyone has done it without problems. Especially as it's listed as 'Taxi' option - cos with all the running around for the missus & sprog I do call my wagon (quietly) 'The Taxi'
Sounds like works ok, and would save grief, P&P, exchanging it ...
