Deleting the oil-cooler to provide for a Cleaner Install and eliminate potential oil leaks associated with lines/oil-cooler in the future.

Potential benefits with turbo/motor longevity gained from the Stock Mercedes oil-cooler.

You already have good Hoses. Some day they may leak but that is a long ways off.

The Heat Exchanger idea funola suggested would work but they cost more than an accessory Oil Cooler does and when they go bad you get a mix of Coolant and Oil.
