I am wondering if there is a correlation between having to replace a wiper assembly fuse and my current a/c problem.

Last week I had my windshield replaced, the shop reinstalled the mono wiper incorrectly, the assembly locked up on me and it blew a fuse. They said the removed the assembly and replaced a fuse. I am wondering if they messed with an a/c related fuse while they were in the fuse box. Is there an a/c related fuse? They did the wiper assembly work on Friday and delivered the car to me Friday evening to my home and I didn't drive the car until Sat. morning and noticed the a/c was not blowing cold air
