That said, 120 km/h is too slow, even in restricted Holland the speed limit is being raised at 130 km/h and in Italy on some autostrada 150 km/h.
That's news to me.

In France, however, they often have a 130 km/h limit in good weather but 110 km/h in rain => "It couldn't have been raining officer - my automatic windscreen wipers didn't come on!"
