The backrest motor is up inside the back of the seatback. The three on the bottom are for the forward/back movement of the whole seat, and the up/down movement of the front/rear portions of the seat. The backrest recline motor is within the seatback, the headrest motor is also in there if applicable. You'll need to remove the back cover of the seat.
