Done that - still shakes. Thus my frustration.

The odd part is why sometimes it's smooth as glass though under conditions that I know typically should induce the shake. That seems to indicate to me something expanding/contracting or sealing/not.

Yet I see no signs of air in the fuel system which is what I'd first assume...
