I could not locate any repair parts for this regulator, it appears I'll have to replace. I did find several posts from a different board making reference to slightly modifying a 124 (??) slider and installing it, but not sure it is suitable for this application. The only replacement/repair parts I did find where a complete regulator with motor.

This car is black on black so all of the panels and parts are, well, black. I didn't notice any brackets that stood out different. It might be the upper inside portion you are refering to, that might be where I saw the torx or allen screws. I will have to gut that side again when I get time and take a second look. There was definitely no way the regulator would come out the tiny access hole at the bottom on the panel .
