I suspect you are about to mess up your system and it cost you a lot of money... because you are not listening...
I do understand what Freeze12 is, its basic composition, what I have (R12 and Freeze12), and the difference between R12. I use both in my cars, (not mixed) with excellent results for the last couple of years.....so far...

Sorry, maybe I was not clear, how many cans of R12 does it take to fill a 1990 300TE?

I will eventually put R12 back into this car, but in the meantime, if I know how many cans of R12 are required, that will give me a pretty good idea as to how much freeze12 to use. At this time, I am not asking for any additional information or opinions, just an answer to a very simple question.
