But just in case someone runs into this, the front pump bushing is wore, allowing a bit of play, allowing the leak.

So, I'm trying to source a new bushing, if not then a new pump in trans is in order.

Rear main seal is easy. Mark spots, remove bolts, remove bolts holding cover, TILT DOWN to break the seal, not side to side as this can warp or break cover. Mercedes recommends replacing the cover-it's cheap.

Seal it up. Rear main completed.

Now just need to find that bushing.
