Simon,

Regarding the preformance upgrade, most turbos aren't actually adjusted for factory boost specs so why don't you get yourself a boost gauge and then you'll know what your turbo is producing. J.C. Whitney hasd one for about $16.00 dollars and you can mount it easily in one of the air vents in the dash. See pictures under "300DT Intercooler Pictures".

Then if you also pick up an adjustment device to put in between the turbo and the wastegate, you can adjust for factory specs. If I remember correctly it's .8-.9 atmospheres. (11.76-13.23 psi.).

Or, drive down and see the real thing.
