I bought a sheet of thin fiberboard and had it cut to three equal panels. Needed something flexible enough to be able to get the whole thing through the narrow trunk opening.
I traced the pattern onto the board:
Then cut with a jigsaw and test fit:
The opening for the distribution blocks is a show-off feature. There will be a plexiglass cover fitted and blue led lights to highlight.
