Just more power. Combustion of the methanol offsets any cooling benefits, kind of "something for nothing" power.

50psi is too low. It needs to be at least 100psi for good atomization, 200psi would be best. Don't forget boost pressure opposes some of the pump pressure (thats why I raised mine to 120psi).
