I'm looking for an event planning company that can handle setting up a high end multimedia event for 250 executives (chief officers) in the Vegas area.

Preferably they would be able to setup the event and also deal with filming/prepping videos, presentations, provide the equipment (large displays, sound equipment, etc.) and arrange catering.

Any suggestions or recommendations?
