An oil cooler cools the oil, and intercooler cools of air, to make the turbo charger work more efficiently. Most likely your car does not have one, unless someone took the time to custom install one. As far as I know there are really no intercooler kits on the market for Mercedes. There are only a few people that have installed them on their cars.
