Need to take off the ps belt to get to the a/c belt. As for taking off the a/c belt, there should be a tenioner located somewhere on the engine, need to locate a bolt on this to get the belt off. At least that's how it is on my 1979 300CD, you have a different compressor so it might be different. This should take no longer than 10-15 minutes.
