You may sell faster if you offer the trans swap alone, without the engine. Include the clutch and flywheel and don't forget the cross member and exhaust mount, they are different from the auto. Don't trash the wood piece, its different also.
To whoever is considering this swap, do it!
(unless you only drive in town). It completely transforms the car. 4th ratio is same as the auto box. Put it in 5th and its got legs. The swap is not difficult, just takes time. No cutting/welding/fabricating. Just intelligent grunt work as everything bolts in. I did my 300E a few years ago, still gets a grin when driving it.
