John, I'm glad to hear that the guy from the city is being somewhat reasonable. Hopefully there can be some sort of mutual agreement between all parties. This happened to a family member of mine who had at least a dozen MB parts cars on his lawn, behind the garage. The resolution included some downsizing, but also building a wooden fence to mask the cars from the view of the complaining neighbor. With all of the cars lined up and squeezed together against the fence, the neighbor couldn't see them. Perhaps your neighbor will be that reasonable? It could be worth a shot.
