Well, in the interest of refuting that misinformation, actually News Corp. the parent organization of Fox News, is the subject of some inquiry by the DOJ who have written letters asking for information. Unless something happened late today Fox News and or Fox Broadcasting is not even the subject of inquiry as far as I've heard.
