7-92 400e Oil Smoke Trail

THIS VEHICLE CAME IN 03/25/02 FOR TIMING CHAIN, TENSIONER, ALL RAILS,OIL PUMP, WATERPUMP, THERMOSTAT & FRONT ENGINE SEALS. THE MILEAGE AT THAT TIME WAS 228257. THE MILEAGE NOW IS 240869 & THE CUSTOMER WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY & SMOKE STARTED BELLOWING FROM EXAUST. HE PULLED OVER & CALLED A TOW TRUCK. THE ENGINE NEVER OVERHEATED & ALL FLUIDS ARE FULL. UPON INSPECTION ALL SPARK PLUGS ARE WET WITH OIL, BUT ENGINE RUNS WELL. WE WERE TOLD ABOUT OIL INJESTION THROUGH THE AIR INJECTION SYSTEM AT THE FRONT OF THE DRIVER'S SIDE CYLINDER HEAD BEHIND THE CHAIN RAIL UNDER THE EXAUST CAM SPROCKET. WE HAVE CHECKED THIS PLUG THAT SUPPOSEDLY FALLS OUT ALLOWING OIL TO FLOW INTO THE AIR INJECTION, THIS PLUG IS STILL IN PLACE. PLEASE EXCUSE THE LENGTH OF MY POST BUT IF SOMEONE COULD HELP IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!- JEFF
