Yes, buy a used on for about $20 when they pop up on ebay - or find one at the junk yard.

If your light is the same as mine, it has three positions on the dial. However, the plastic stop tab that works the contacts on the inside is prone to breaking and then the dial just flops back and forth without doing a thing. I tried to repair mine, I did manage to get in there and fix the switch, but there must be a break in the circuit board someplace as it still does not function. I may come back to it at some point - or buy a used one.

If your lens is yellow, I wouldn't bother trying to fix it.
