The grill you refer about on the picture is what used to be called a "600 look" upgrade grill for the W124 series.
I bought one from Precision Auto Designs (see picture below).
The grill was a direct fit for my 95 E320T and came in a box labelled as an original M-B part. No clippings, no cuttings, it fitted right in. It also looks great.
The company changed names and now goes under Performance Products (
www.************************), although I do not see it their current catalog now.
The grill was called the "600 look" because at the time (94-95) only the S600 came standard with such a grill. Later on, when the Avantgarde models were introduced on the W210, the same look was copied.
