Several threads in the archives say this is possible on the w124 chassis. I believe one is by the user 'Barrie'. It involves making a home made bracket, and drilling a hole in the body metal strip that sits below the headlight. The Euro light wiper mount hole doesn't align with the US light wiper mount hole. New strips are cheap, and can be drilled for the new holes and painted. I believe someone also mentioned swapping the motors left to right to get an improved 'sweep' of the wiper blade over the lens.
