Yep, we had one tv and it was black/white with three channels. As a kid, I too looked forward to his monologue; then I could watch Disney! As I grew older I looked forward to hearing "*****" on his weekly topic. Damn; I turned into my father! I do think that he's the last of his era, Walter Cronkite, et al.........
