I don't know the merits of this particular plan, but it sounds good to me. One thing that contributes to inequality in this country is that well-to-do people have better access to tools for getting even further ahead. I don't blame the well-to-do for that, but anything that helps level the playing field is a good thing. IMHO.

I would also think that Mr. Bible would support private companies agreeing to help out. Charity is a good thing, isn't it?
