try checkign the adapter refresh rate.

Also try seeing if you have specific monitor drivers for your monitor, update your video drivers if necessary, and see if that works.

Sometimes whent he display adapter refresh rate is set to optimal, it can cause screen flickering like you descrbed and screen vibrating. Setting it to adapter default can sometimes solve the problem, and is a good thing to try first before anything else.
