Honestly, I would go for a 5.6: same engine, bigger displacement and lighter because it has an alloy block instead of iron block. It will also be easier to source. You will need to get the transmission with it.

I believe that those were 350SE and SELs also. 560 was a U.S. only also- a de-tuned 500, as the 4,5 was a de-tuned 3,5.
