The ignition switch works, but now how it is supposed to. most accessories turn off when the switch is off. But the ignition switch does not have a working start position (no "start" position where you feel spring tension). The previous owner put in a manual starter button, most likely because of that.

Suppose the key part of the ignition switch need replacing to fix that no spring tension problem. But let me know your thoughts. Any way to test if the electronic part of the ignition switch is good or not?
