Stevebl had the right numbers for intake and exhaust but the wrong system. He gave you inch dimensions when it should have been metric.

Correct values are:

Intake: 0.10mm 0.004in cold

Exhaust: 0.35mm 0.014in cold

I just did a valve adjustment yesterday. It is not hard but tedious because I don't have the special wrenches. I use a .003in and .005 gage (go nogo) for intake and .013in and .015in gage for exhaust.
