Yeah but that's a peace time start.
Throw in some nice -10 degree Russian weather so the oil is nice and thick, a T34 detachment coming over the ridge at 3000 meters, and some Russian infantry feelers bouncing the stray 7.62x54R round off the hull...and you have a purring engine in under 30 seconds.
On a side note that's probably pretty dangerous. If that engine backfires that handle is going to kill someone.
