Here is what I've learned so far:
Sources = ME if I can plug my collection of w123 parts I've saved, not a business.

Best yards I've been to so far....

Sams Wrecking & Auto Services
5016 Harvey Road, Jamestown, NC 27282-9114
(336) 454-2203

Ask for the son Darrel
he worked for the MB stealer's service back in the day and has great knowledge; does most (non-computer) repairs for fair price but slow.

Good guy, willing to help and very fair prices on pull-your-own.
They have a few w116s, many w123, w124 and starting to collect more newer stuff plus other makes, including alot of old VWs

Lowe's Used Auto Parts
Moncure,
NC 27559 919-542-5993

Owner Jerry Lowe is a really nice guy, but he didn't want to sale to a few black friends of mine....not sure what that is about?

I took over a very clean 1980 SD to add to the other 3. Several w123 and w124 plus other makes and starting to get some new ones too.

I will up-date when I locate more
Regular yard prices but you can haggle over pull-your-own discounts
