Here is what the switch is doing

It is almost like wires 8-6 and 8-7 are backwards based on what it is doing to the seat. I may try to figure out which wires to put where in the switch termination to make it at least get closer to it's accuracy.

8-7 indicates which terminal 8 is ground). The readings are in ohms.
