To fit carbs on either M103 or M104 motor, you will have to hack the intake manifold to mount a carb. A rochester or Holly four barrell carb jetted correctly should do.

You will find that M103 motors are easier to find, less complicated to fix and if you are going to use the stock ignition, cheaper by far to set up. The ignition module for the these cars is referred to as an EZL and if you look for them on ebay, you'll find the M104 modules are incredibly expensive.

Adapting the GM module should be straight forward, but I have no experience with it. Would love to hear about any progress in that area.
