Which sadly prompted him to park it in the treeline in the wee hours of one morning, when he forgot the definition of "freezing rain."

He doesn't know how fast he was going, but it way too fast (obviously) for the curved highway offramp he tried to take at autobahn speeds. He left the road and it rolled at least three, he says possibly five times.

He says he opened the door, took of his belt and walked to get help.

He rolled so well into the trees that he was able to leave it there right through the day, and come back at nighttime with a big recovery truck, when police presence is infrequent on that road, and pull it out of the bush with no pesky law enforcement questions.
