SRS light blinky blink, Tele aid light on Battery drained

2003 W210 e320 wagon. Battery drained. Recharged and found the following:

Key out of ingnition:

-Tele Aid red light (Ceiling by mirror) always on. When lid opened, and button depressed, tele aid goes into action and attempts connect. Connection fails (not subscribed) and light goes out and then back on.

-SRS light bottom right of dash cluster is slowly flashing on and off dimly.

-Roadside assistance and information lights in the arm rest are lit up and will not go out. Were not lit up until being pressed, but now will not go out.

Have done the big search on SRS and Tele aid. SRS failure due to seat pressure sender, seat belt buckle or even hatch latch. This makes sense, light comes on indicating failure in sensors. No mention of a blinking SRS light and not when key is out of ignition.

Tele aid wants to call the mother ship when SRS senses air bag deploy or belt tensioner. This makes sense. Can Tele aid mistakenly sense SRS deploy if SRS is wacky and try endlessly to contact the mother ship until battery drains?

It is odd that with the key out that the SRS dash light blinks dimly, the Tele Aid red light is on and the red lights on service and info are also on. The lights are on even when dashboard goes to sleep.

Have AllData at my disposal, but no trouble shooting chart for this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If the possible trouble codes were listed, that would be fun, trying to figure it out, but all the trouble codes are alpha numeric and I do not know where to start.

Any hint as to SRS codes or Tele Aid codes to at least start processing?

Thanks,

Marty Wolf
