Replaced Circuit 15 relay at fuse box position "H" and engine power relay at fuse box position "D". Unfortunately the problem persists.

Haven't been able to duplicate the problem with a multimeter is connected to the starter but the problem does seem to occur more often when the engine is at operating temperature.
