RUDEST CALL EVER - Just Called AUTO REFRIGERANTS INC. about ENVIRO-SAFE REFRIGERANT

Wow, Possibly one of the worst customer service/sales calls I ever experienced!!
I just called Auto Refrigerants inc. who distributes Enviro-Safe refrigerant. After asking a few questions about the product such as the possibility of evaporator icing, and why do they recommend charging into a “medium” or “low” vacuum only instead of the industry standard deep vacuum, I further asked if the product came with instructions in terms of system vacuuming or if they would be available to walk me that aspect of the install, the immediate response was “NO, WE HAVE NO INTEREST IN THAT”, (followed by something to the effect of “WE ARE BUSY FILLING ORDERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD”)
I then said,…..well, I’m assuming that your product comes with instructions on the cans or included (since the procedure is contrary to the typical installation procedure),…..His response was, “We assume this product is being installed by a professional!”,…….(but would a professional know that this product will NOT work with a deep vacuum as you just told me??) (His exact words were, “pulling a deep vacuum with our product would be like throwing a 5 foot ladder down a 20 foot hole”)
He went on to say: “ there are only 3 things to remember; Don’t pull a deep vacuum,……and two others, that I don’t recall,…..you should memorize them or write them down”.
At this point, I was struggling but still willing to stay with the guy,…..still had a few more questions, so , told him that I wanted to order a case, but still had a few questions………his response to this was an unbelievable “ Order it or not, I don’t care, I am hanging up now” and he did indeed hang up.
Who does that??? And Why?
Hopefully they are not the only re-seller of Enviro-Safe
