That's about what I manage in mine, unless I"m feeling lead-footed or the AC is running a lot, in which case I have no choice but to push the pedal more as it really takes some of the already precious HP away... If you cut that cat out, I'd be willing to bet you'd get a couple more, and more HP to boot.
I've been considering doing that on my 95, I'm sure it's good and plugged at this point and is being counter-productive.
