I forgot to mention that the car would NOT start after mutilple attempts tp start. Eventually called AAA and had it towed home.

Now the battery is low from having the flashers on for over 2 hours

cranks, but no start is exactly what it was doing

Is the OVP a Mercedes only part? Does NAPA carry these?

The one is my car has only one fuse on top. I see by searching that this is the "old style" and that the new version has 2 fuses on top, correct?
