They can order it, just ask to speak to their manager until you get someone who will work with you. They may have to "ship from another warehouse" but they can definitely get it.
Don't accept thier SGC (Safelite Glass Co) junk windshields, they will pit within a day.
PPG (or PGW) are no too bad, but Pilkington is supposed to a bit better and are the owners of the rights to the former Sigla (West Germany) brand windshield company.
