Nice job, and doing all that with the turbo still installed--sounds frustrating to me. You'll definitely want to install a boost controller in there. I converted a 606 from vacuum to pressure with an aftermarket actuator similar to yours, and then had to install a boost controller in there, since it opened at 8psi in stock form.
I also converted the vacuum actuator on my 602, by using the standard boost unit from a 603 with Garrett T3. It's almost a straight swap, with the addition of a couple little spacers.
