Body color brushable paint over Por15 in the wheel wells and under the car?

Hi all,

I am soon going to drop engine & trans, front & rear axles and gas tank on my W113 Pagoda to replace it all with ones I rebuilt on the side. The underside of the car is very solid and original but I need to treat some surface rust. So While I'm there I'm going to clean all well and give it a Por15 treatment to seal everything. I would then like to paint over it with brushable body color paint which is tobacco brown. I don't have a compressor, paint gun etc. So I want to brush it and get a reasonably good result.

Is there a way to get body paint that is brushable? If yes, where? I googled it and read about people using marine paint for that kind of application?

Any help and shared experience greatly appreciated !

Thanks all in advance for the help!
